SEALED TENDERS addressed to Mr. Nick Verhoeven, Director of Public Works, Municipality of Lambton Shores, 9575 Port Franks Road, RR1 Thedford, ON, N0M 2N0, will be received until:
11:00:59 a.m. (local time), Friday, January 20, 2023
The work includes approximately:
• 250 linear metres of 300 mm diameter watermain
• Pre-cast pressure reducing valve chamber and associated equipment
• 250 linear metres of ditching improvements
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned beginning January 5, 2023, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $40.00. This fee includes all taxes. Digital or hard copies of the tender package will be available. Bidders must be registered with BMROSS to obtain addenda, and for their bid to be considered for award.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $30,000.00 must accompany each bid. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
